Doll Making
Workshop
"Finding the Little Girl Within"
This popular doll making workshop is of particular
value to workers in the healing arts, art therapy and
anyone who may have lost sight of their inner child.
Discover the feelings within and how they manifest in
your choice of color, fabric, beads, and other
accessories. Zenobia hopes the product will be a
greater understanding of self and the by-product is
the doll.
All materials
are supplied but participants are welcome to bring any
materials that have special meaning to them.
Please Contact Zenobia to
learn about additional upcoming classes.

"Parts and Pieces"
Parts and Pieces, "a collection of art depicting the vibrant life within the Gullah Geechee Culture"
was recently exhibited in Georgetown South Carolina, as part of the
"Discover Georgetown" day during the Can-Am Festival on the Grand Strand.
Zenobia Washington, best known for her Women of Inspiration Doll line,
and Silas DeKind, Jr.'s 3-D woodwork portraying religious, work and recreational themes
were the featured artists. The Exhibit featured a reception
where the artists discussed their culture and inspiration. In addition, visitors
were invited to sample food reflecting the essence of Gullah kitchens and local culture.
